February's Dog of the Month

FRED

Fred is our resident romeo - when the one a half year old retriever cross isn't fawning over any ladies who come to visit, he can be found happily playing with his toys or the other dogs. Fred can be excitable when he first meets new people but this is only because he adores making new friends. He is eager to learn and with a little time and training he will make the perfect pet for any family!

With his striking good looks (fred is retriever sized, and this photo just doesn't do his beautiful, glossy coat justice!), and his friendly, joyful nature, Fred truly is a wonderful dog. Sadly, as is the case for many large, black dogs, Fred seems to be too-often overlooked by potential adopters in favour of smaller, 'cuter' dogs. If you are in the market for a dog, please come and meet Fred and give him a chance to win you over with his sparkling peronality.

Fred is fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. As with all of our dogs, he will only be rehomed to a home with a secure garden or yard.

If you are interested in adopting our darling Fred, please call us on 087-9701919 or 087-6310140 for more information, and/or please complete an adoption application form.

Mo Chara Animal Rescue has been founded by members of the former committee of Cottage Rescue along with some new volunteers who are equally dedicated to promoting and working to improve animal welfare.

We, at Mo Chara Animal Rescue, know that cooperation and friendship are key in maximising our resources so that we can possitively impact the lives of as many animals as possible, this is why unity and equality are founding principles of our committee.
